Send by email¶
Send the proposal to the client directly from the CRM.
Step by step¶
- On the proposal (or in the action bar), click Send by email.
- Choose the email template and the recipient (the client's email comes pre-filled).
- Subject and, if you wish, CC/BCC.
- Confirm the mode (chip at the top: Real send or Simulated).
- Send.
Your signature is added automatically at the end.
Online proposal (trackable link)¶
Instead of sending a PDF "blind", the email carries a link to the online proposal. On the proposal, the Online proposal panel shows the link (copy / open) and, more importantly, what happens next:
- Opens - how many times the client opened it and when it was last opened. You know whether they have seen it.
- Acceptance - the client sees the proposal nicely in the browser and accepts with one click (types their name and confirms). The CRM marks the proposal as Accepted (who and when); you then close it to Won.
In the pipeline, the proposal gets the Online badge (link published) or Accepted (the client accepted). The link is published automatically on send, or manually via Publish link.
Needs to be online
The online proposal uses the class server (Supabase). It works when you enter through your class; in fully offline mode the link is not published.
Trainees send in simulated mode
Trainees always send in simulated mode (it logs to the history, does not deliver). It is safe to practise.
