Submit my work¶
Submitting your work to the trainer, with a signature.
When you finish the exercise, you hand everything in from within the CRM itself.
Before submitting: the signature¶
The signature is mandatory (it certifies that the work is yours). If you don't have one yet:
- Click on your name (bottom-left corner) → My profile.
- Under Email signature, write/format your signature.
- Save changes.
Submit¶
- In the sidebar, click "Submit your work".
- Confirm the trainer's email (it comes pre-filled) and, if you like, write a message.
- Click Submit work.
Your work (a snapshot of the CRM: customers, proposals, etc.) is delivered to the trainer, and they receive a notification.
You have 2 submissions
You can submit a maximum of 2 times. The counter shows 1/2 and then 2/2; on the third, it becomes locked. Submit when you're truly ready.
What the trainer sees
The trainer can review your work (customers, proposals) and generate the PDF of your proposals - using the template you designed.
After submitting¶
The confirmation stays on screen - it is not a notice that flies past:
Your work is registered on the server. Submission 1 of 2 · 25/08/2026 at 10:10 · Class 12023483
Underneath comes the summary of what was submitted (how many companies, contacts, proposals, cases…), so you can check before closing.
You get an email¶
A copy goes to your personal email (or, failing that, your IEFP one), with the summary and the submission number. It is your receipt.
If the email does not arrive, the submission is still valid
What counts is the record on the server, made the moment the confirmation appears on screen. The email is only a notice - it can land in spam, or the sending service can fail, and none of that undoes the submission.
If in doubt, the trainer sees the submission in their list.
