Resetting a trainee's password

When a trainee forgets their password, you reset it in seconds.

Step by step

1. Settings → Class trainees - find the trainee in the list.
2. Click Reset password.
3. Set a new password and confirm.
4. Communicate it to the trainee - they log in with it and then change it in their profile.

Recovery - who does what

• Trainee forgot → you reset it here.
• You (trainer) forgot → use the recovery code you received when creating the class.
