Consents¶
Record of each data subject's consent to the processing of their data.
Each consent¶
- Customer/Data subject it relates to.
- Purpose - marketing, newsletter, relationship management…
- Legal basis - Consent, Contract, Legitimate interest, Legal obligation…
- Collection channel and Date.
- Status - Active / Withdrawn.
Valid consent
It must be freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous. The data subject can withdraw it at any time.
Step by step¶
- GDPR → Consents tab.
- + Consent → choose data subject, purpose, legal basis and channel.
- Save.
- To withdraw, change the status to Withdrawn (or the data subject does so on the Portal).
