Recover my password

Recovering the password with the recovery code.

If you know the current one (change it)

1. Click on your name (bottom-left corner) → My profile.
2. Under Current password, type the current one; under New password, the new one.
3. Save changes.

If you forgot it

There is no automatic recovery by email. Ask the trainer to reset your password - they do it in seconds, in Manage the class. Then you log in with the new one and change it to one of your choosing.

Good practice

On your very first access, change the initial password to one that is only yours. That way nobody can get into your sandbox.
