Data Subject Portal

A public page where any data subject can review their consents and exercise their rights - without entering the app.

What it is for

• The data subject sees the consents they have given.
• Withdraws a consent.
• Submits a request (access, erasure, portability…) that goes straight into the Requests (DSAR).

How to access it

It opens at #portal (the Data Subject Portal link in the menu/footer). It is public: designed to be shared with customers.

Link to the module

Everything that comes in through the portal appears in the trainer's GDPR module - it is the full circuit of exercising rights, from the data subject to whoever processes the data.
