Term Meaning
Class Isolated environment, identified by an 8-digit number (?t=12345678).
Sandbox Each trainee's copy of the CRM, saved on their own computer.
Administrator The trainer who creates the class; manages access, submissions and settings.
Trainee User who works in their sandbox and submits the work.
Submission Snapshot of the trainee's work, submitted to the trainer (max. 2).
Recovery code Code shown once when creating the class; recovers the trainer's password.
Proposal template Block-based structure that defines the look of the proposal PDF.
Pipeline Set of proposals by status (Kanban): Created → Sent → Negotiation → Won / Lost.
RoPA Records of Processing Activities (GDPR).
DSAR Request to exercise the rights of the data subject.
Loyalty The company's loyalty tier (Bronze/Silver/Gold), from its purchase volume; the contact inherits it. Gives a discount on proposals.
Stage / Lifecycle The company's (account) stage: Lead → MQL → SQL → Customer / Lost.
MQL Marketing Qualified Lead - a company whose people have shown interest (opened/clicked).
SQL Sales Qualified Lead - a real opportunity, already with a proposal.
Lead scoring A 0-100 score for the company (Hot/Warm/Cold), aggregating its people's engagement.
Acquisition funnel Conversion of companies Lead → MQL → SQL → Customer (vs the sales funnel, by proposal).
Behavioural trigger An automation fired by the lead's behaviour (opened/clicked, turned hot, no contact).
CAC / LTV Customer Acquisition Cost / Customer Lifetime Value.
EmailJS Service that enables sending real email from the browser.
White-label Replicate the CRM under another brand (name, color, logo).
