Analytics¶
The KPIs & Dashboards module - the focus of UFCD 10868. Everything respects the date filter and lets you compare with the previous period.
Sales funnel, conversion, average ticket, churn and top companies (UFCD 10868).
Filter and comparison¶
- Date filter at the top: All / 30 days / Quarter / This month / This year / From-To dates.
- Compare button - calculates the previous period of equal length and shows ▲▼ X% vs previous in each KPI (churn appears inverted).
The indicators - one by one¶
- Sales funnel - conversion between pipeline stages (or proposals created in the period).
- Acquisition funnel - conversion of companies across the lifecycle (Lead → MQL → SQL → Customer), with the % between stages. Complements the sales funnel: it measures account qualification, not the proposal.
- Acquisition by source (ROI) - a table by acquisition channel (Website, Referral, Trade fair, Campaign…) with leads, converted customers, conversion rate and value generated. Shows which channel brings the best customers.
- Conversion rate - % of proposals that reach Won.
- Average ticket - average value of won proposals.
- Churn - loss of customers (lower is better).
- Revenue per month - bars of the proposals won in the period.
- Sales by status - distribution by pipeline status.
- Top companies - by value won (sales aggregate by company, not by contact).
- Loss analysis - groups the loss reasons of lost proposals (bars + biggest cause).
- CAC - Customer Acquisition Cost = marketing budget ÷ new customers. You set the budget in the dedicated field (Apply).
- LTV / CAC - ratio between customer value and the cost of acquiring them; turns green when ≥ 3:1 (healthy).
- Lead scoring - a 0-100 score for each contact (purchases, engagement, loyalty, segment) → Hot / Warm / Cold, with bars.
- AI insights (simulated) - cards with automatic readings of the KPIs and suggestions.
Export¶
Print report button (in the callout) → generates a PDF with KPIs (and comparison, if enabled), funnel and top companies, respecting the period.
Learning tooltips
Several indicators have the ⓘ icon with the definition of the concept and the slides page (conversion, ticket, churn, funnel, acquisition funnel, source, LTV, CAC, lead scoring, lead lifecycle).
Dashboard vs Analytics
The Dashboard gives the quick view of the day; Analytics is the in-depth analysis with comparisons and export.
