Working in the CRM¶
Your workspace has several modules, in the sidebar. Here's what each one does - for the full detail, see Features.
Main¶
- Dashboard - overview: KPIs, revenue, pipeline, shortcuts.
- Companies - entities with tax data (NIPC, CAE, address).
- Contacts - the people (customers), linked to companies.
- Products - catalogue (family → subfamily → item).
- Proposals - pipeline in Kanban; export each proposal as a PDF A4.
- Calendar - calendar and tasks.
Marketing & Analysis¶
- Campaigns - marketing by segment (with a per-persona generator).
- Email - compose and track emails (opens/clicks).
- Analytics - funnel, conversion, CAC, LTV, lead scoring.
Compliance¶
- GDPR - consents, data subject requests, RoPA, breaches. See GDPR & Pedagogy.
Is my work safe?¶
What you do stays in this browser, on this computer. That disappears if you switch machines, open a private window, or if someone clears the browsing data - and none of those is your mistake.
So there is a backup on the server:
- it saves itself one minute after you stop working, and whenever you close the tab (which is when people usually lose things);
- it is one copy, replaced each time - no history is kept;
- it does not use up any of your submissions.
You see its state in Settings → My work, with the date of the last copy and two buttons: Save a copy now and Restore from server.
If you open it and nothing is there¶
The app asks before doing anything at all:
We found your work This browser has no work of yours, but there is a copy saved on the server from 25/08/2026 at 09:55. This happens when you change computer or browser, or when browsing data is cleared. Restore?
It only appears when the browser is genuinely empty. If you already have work here, nobody bothers you - and nothing is replaced unless you say so.
The third copy is the one that stays with you
The browser is one. The server is another. The export to file (same card) is the third, and the only one that depends neither on us nor on the internet. Worth doing before a big experiment.
Your profile is not sandbox
Your photo and email signature are tied to your account, on the server, not to the work you have here. Restoring a copy, importing a file or starting over does not delete them - they come back on their own at your next sign-in.
That is the separation worth grasping: on one side the work (the sandbox, from this browser), on the other the identity (the account, from the server). They are different things and they fail in different ways.
The trainer sees that the copy exists, not what is in it
The class list shows who has a copy and from when. The content only reaches the trainer when you submit your work.
Tips¶
Experiment without fear
You're in your sandbox. Create, edit and delete freely - nothing affects your colleagues. To restore the sample data, there's a button in Settings → Data & backup.
