Alerts¶

The Alerts hub brings together everything that needs attention, in one place.

The warnings center and the activity history (System group). There is also the bell at the top, with a badge showing the number of active alerts.

Active alerts¶

The app automatically calculates the warnings that require attention:

Proposals about to expire - validity within the next 15 days.
GDPR requests overdue or due (≤7 days).
Tasks due today or overdue.
Scheduled sends that are overdue.

Each alert is clickable - it takes you directly to the item (proposal, request, task…).

The bell (top)¶

The bell icon opens the notifications panel with the same alerts, always visible in any module. It closes when you click outside or press Esc.

Activity history¶

Records recent actions in the tool (toasts/events), with date and time. There is a Clear button to empty the history.

For the trainer

Alerts help the trainee understand what is “pending” - a good way to practice pipeline and deadline management of a real CRM.
