Managing the class

Everything related to trainee access is in Settings → Class trainees. Access lives online (linked to your class); the work data stays in each trainee's sandbox.

How it works - before you use it

  1. Access lives online, linked to this class.
  2. Share the link ?t=12345678 - each trainee logs in with their own username and password.
  3. Each trainee only accesses this class and has their own sandbox (the data stays on their computer).

Actions

  • Import (Excel)

    A whole class at once, with a preview.

  • Add individually

    Create a trainee one at a time.

  • Reset password

    When a trainee forgets their password.

    Take away a trainee's access.
