Lines & catalogue

The proposal lines are the items - chosen from the product catalogue (there is no free-text description).

Each line

  • Item - chosen from the catalogue (grouped by family › subfamily). When you choose, it fills in the description (locked), price and VAT.
  • Quantity.
  • VAT - adjusts to the client's region. If a line has VAT from another region, "Correct to {region}" appears.
  • ➕ adds a line · 🗑️ removes.

Totals (automatic)

Subtotal → per-line discount (free) → the company's loyalty discount → VAT (recalculated proportionally) → total.

No catalogue, no lines

Each line points to a product. First create the items in Products.

VAT by region

Mainland 23/13/6 · Madeira 22/12/5 · Azores 16/9/4. The VAT follows the proposal's client region.
