Getting started - Trainee¶
Welcome! Here are the essentials to get you started.
1. Enter the class¶
- Open the link your trainer gave you (it has the class number):
https://iefpcrm.cr0x.org/?t=12345678 - Type your username and your password.
- Click Enter.
Don’t have the link?
On the home screen you can type the class number in the dedicated field and click Enter. If the number doesn’t exist, the app warns you.
2. Get to know your space¶
Each trainee has their own sandbox - a copy of the CRM just for you, with sample data already loaded. You can create, edit and delete freely: it doesn’t affect your classmates.
Navigation is on the left, grouped (Main, Marketing & Analysis, Compliance, System).
See what each module does in Working in the CRM.
3. Change your password (recommended)¶
- Click your name (bottom-left corner) → opens My profile.
- In Current password, type the current one; in New password, the new one.
- Save changes.
Forgot your password?
See Recover your password - you can ask the trainer to reset it.
4. Your photo and your signature¶
In the same place (My profile) you can set a photo and write your email signature, which is added automatically at the end of the emails you send from the CRM.
These two do not live in your sandbox: they travel with your account. Change computer, clear your browsing data, restore a backup or start over - the photo and the signature come back on their own when you sign in.
The photo is personal data, and it lives on the server
It is the only thing of yours that leaves this browser without you sending it. It is tied to your account in this class, nobody sees it in the class list, and it disappears when the account or the class is deleted.
Setting a photo is optional. Without one you get your initials - and everything works exactly the same.
The detail is in the Legal notice.
5. Submit your work¶
When you finish the exercise, click “Submit my work” (at the bottom of the sidebar). You have a maximum of 2 submissions.
Step by step in Submit your work.
